Finding for long lost Father

Hi… everybody just like to ask… if anyone can help finding the father of my friend…. his name is Senen Rien Narvaez…. My friend want to find his Father because he wasn’t see his Father since birth… My friend was 24 years old now… My freind name is Sonny Emmanuel Narvaez…. Family Search

Hafa Adai, Howzit, Aloha

I am currently living in Eagle River, Alaska and now searching for family members living in Virac or any near by villages.  I not to sure if sending this message will help but at this point any help I get will be greatly appreciated.  I have made several attempts to reach the Catholic Church in Virac but have gotten no response.   My father (Egmedio A. Tabios) was born in Virac, but my grandfathers’ name was Hilario Mandasoc. I also have uncles whose names are Marino, and Encion.  I have an aunt named Sally.

Thank you for any assistance in my search for family.
