An electric generation project with geothermal energy as source. It is designed to generate more than 227 megawatts, operated jointly by NPC/NEA and Union Oil (USA).
Located in Tiwi, Albay mostly visited for its high educational values.

Niloloko lang tayong mga bikolano. Kuryente galing sa bikol dinadala pa sa Manila. Tuloy ang ang bikol mataas ang singil sa bikolano mas masaklap kulang ang investor sa taas ng singil sa kuryente. Kung tutuusin ang mga export processing zone bagay sa bikol yan dahil me electricity source at malapit sa dagat pacific man o china sea. Hanggang kelan ba lolokohin ang mga bikolano?
