This three-day event will be held on December 17-19, 2010 (6:30-10:30pm) at Christ the King vendor area, Greenmeadows Avenue, Quezon City the duration of which takes advantage of Christ the King’s Mass at Dawn or Simbang Gabi. The venue is readily decorated and covered so as to protect vendors and customers from heat and rain. The event itself will be promoted within and outside the Ateneo c/o Ateneo LEX.

We are inviting Exhibitors, Concessionaires and budding entrepreneurs who need a venue to offer their products and services at the “MAGICAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR AT THE OASIS” it is a collaboration of all entrepreneurs selling different products that will cater all the needs of the market. The bazaar is also in preparation for the Christmas Holiday Season. The bazaar will work in conjunction with Kastrava General Merchandise as the organizer of the event.
There will be up to 35 exhibitor stalls. Get a chance to expose your products to a large number of potential customers (mostly in San Juan, & Q.C. crowd) in a comfortable air conditioned bazaar.

Are you looking for the place or tiangge stall? This refers to our intention of inviting your good self to locate at St. Francis Square Mall. The operations of St. Francis Square proved to be the latest shopping destination located at the gateway of Ortigas Business District. It has 3,000 capacity auditorium which is home to Christian Commission Fellowship worship. The auditorium is also a venue for concerts and shows of well-known Filipino Talent.
At the basement, is Pure Gold Supermarket, we also have free doctor’s clinic and St. Francis Generic Drugstore at the ground floor and St. Francis Square Department store at the second floor. The timeline events group will organize a Fashion show and bazaar on October 9 and 10, 2010 at the A- venue hall, Makati entiled: “DARE TO UNVEIL: clash of styles 2010″.
The rate for A-liner booths is 7K/2days and 6k/2days for the B-liner. Food stalls is 4k/2days. We are looking for sellers of Boys and girls apparel (kids, teens, etc), accessories, shoes, make-up, bags, perfume and foods (we do not accept on-the-spot cooking except for hotdogs, sausages and the like). The rates include the chairs, tables, dividers and the model that will showcase your products.
This event is promoted through flyers, posters and radio ads and it’s sponsored by Splash, Let’s face it, Going straight and 106.7 dream FM.
