Finding for long lost Father

Hi… everybody just like to ask… if anyone can help finding the father of my friend…. his name is Senen Rien Narvaez…. My friend want to find his Father because he wasn’t see his Father since birth… My friend was 24 years old now… My freind name is Sonny Emmanuel Narvaez….
