After 22 years, nag-reincarnate na ata si Marcos!

This is what’s currently happening sa continuing drama chuvalinga nang NBN/ZTE. Let me explain this whole thing in a way na kaya ko mga kabisyo. I’ll do my best to explain this whole kikbak drama going on right now. Kung me mali or you wanted to add something, please do!
Let me introduce you to the actors nang realiting kikbakan ever ever na to.
1.) ZTE isa syang global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions based in Shenzhen, China. Traded ang shares nila in Hong Kong and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges at 2nd biggest telecommunications enterprise sila in China after Huawei Technologies.
2.) Philippine Government – The Philippine Government, just like any government of a sovereign nation runs and manages the entire country, its resources and its people and they’re tasked to protect the interest of all the Filipinos and its resources para sa kapakanan nameng lahat and not just by some select few sa gobyerno, mga kamag-anak at crony nila.
3.) Jose De Venecia, the Father - Tumakbo sya with Arroyo under the administration party Lakas-NUCD nung 1998 elections. Tinalo sya ni Joseph Estrada sa presidential contest but Arroyo won the vice presidency. In the 2004 presidential election, tinulungan nya ever si Arroyo.
4.) Joey De Venecia, the Son – Junakees nga sya nung above, na isang prominent politician connected with Arroyo. The son owns a company in the Build to Operate schemes.
5.) Build-Operate-Transfer - isa syang form of project financing, eh kasi nga walang pera ang gobyerno (daw!). Etong private entity na to ang magiging bahala to finance, design, construct, and operate a facility for a specified period, at pakatapos ownership is transferred back to the funding entity. During the time that the project proponent operates the facility, allowed sila to charge facility users nang appropriate fees para naman marecover ang investment nila pati na ang mga operating and maintenance expenses nang proyekto.
6.) Benjamin Abalos – Sya ang former Chairman of the COMELEC. Why he is involve in this project that has got nothing to do with elections is beyond my crown.
7.) Romulo Neri – Sya naman ang NEDA Director General and also heads the House of Representatives Congressional Planning and Budget Office.
8.) Rodolfo Jun Lozada - Head sya nang Philippine Forest Corporation. How in the world did the forest get into the CPU? I don’t know. News have it that because he is an engineer in this field, those people behind this ZTE project consulted him.
9.) Mike Arroyo – Asawa ni Gloria. Malikot ang kamay. Kung ano ano ang mga hinihimas at hinihipo. For some reason, his name always appear in big, questionable at mga iskandalosong deals which is almost always the subject of whatever investigation. Bakit nga kaya? Me alam kayo? Does anyone knows the answer???
10.) Gloria Arroyo – Teka, pang-ilang Presidenta nga nga ba sya nang Pilipinas? Anyone? Anyone? Dahil sya ang nakaupo sa trono, sya ang me kapangyarihan. Well, EITHER - OR lang to mga kabisyo. EITHER kapangyarihan para protektahan ang mga interes nang mga Pilipino OR kapangyarihang protektahan ang interes nya, nang pamilya nya at mga ka-chika nya. Dalwa lang naman ang choices, di ba? Ano sa tingin nyo?
11.) The Philippine Senate - is the upper chamber of the bicameral legislature nang Pilipinas. Unlike sa Amerika, ang Senado nang Pilipinas has 24 senators chosen in a nation-wide election.
