Disgust Over Legazpi City Government

Last year we filled a complaint at the Office of the city mayor here in Legazpi copy furnished the city engineering office, City Planning & Dev’t. Office and Bussiness Permits and Licensing Office about the operation of the GRILLERIA BAR AND RESTAURANT located along Governor Locsin St. here in Albay Dist. this Bar is operating WITHOUT any permits from the Government of Legazpi City. We (meaning our neighbours residing near this Bar) complained about the noise emitting from their sound system and the shouting of the costumers in the wee of the night. Also these Bar is only meters away from Albay Central school, DWCL, St. therese to name a few. AND I WILL MOVE HEAVEN AND EARTH JUST TO WIN BACK THE PEACE AND QUIET OF OUR PLACE... kung my nasa government of Legazpi naman po na marunong magbasa…. HOY! MASUPOG MAN KAMO!!!!!!

Dude, we actually acquired our business permit already from the time you posted your blog, in fact a month before. And just to inform everyone who actually read the blog, there are bars closer to Abay Central and DWCL who has been operating years before Grilleria even opened up.

Our speaker system consists of four small indoor speakers, while the aforementioned bar uses subwoofers used by their band.

The Governor Locsin Street has long been converted into a commercial area, with its streets lined up with at least five bars, starting with the Chilli Pepper up to the Golden Boat. It has been said that investors have actually been looking at the open lots to establish new restaurants to jump into the bandwagon.

I implore you, let us not stand in the way of progress. Legazpi City has grown in the past thirty years, and thank god for that. We do not deserve to be in the doldrums while other places are drawing their places on the map

Mabuhay po ang Legazpi and let us work hard for the betterment of our economy and let us hope for new jobs for the ever growing working force of our city.

Remember, we should work hard not only for ourselves, but for the greater population, it is our crab mentality tha will carve our path to obscurity.
