    Santigwar is word related to faith healers (Albularyo). You can hear somebody in bicol say “Na-santiguar ka na?” I you are suspected of being sick caused by Nuno sa Punso or Engkanto then you need someone who can perform “Santiguar” normally an albularyo

    santigwar is basically the act, practice, or ceremony of exorcising “nuno sa punso, engkanto and such”

    is it an original bicol word? does it have an identical word in other dialects.
